Bandit Industries is honoring the legacy of one of the great titans in the Arbor Industry, Gene Bridges.
The Gene Bridges Memorial Scholarship was created in his honor to carry on the legacy of his vision, dedication, and passion for the Arbor Industry. Gene had a burning desire to train and educate people all over North America about safety as it pertained to the Tree Care Equipment that he sold for many decades. There was not a day that went by in his 40+ years in the industry that Gene didn’t educate someone on the importance of training and safely operating Tree Care Equipment. Gene touched so many people’s lives throughout the industry and beyond. This scholarship fund recognizes his numerous contributions in the Arbor Industry, however for those of us that knew him at Bandit, his reach went far beyond the industry as he was beyond reproach as a friend, colleague, father, and husband.
Bandit was privileged to have him as part of the Bandit Family for the last 14 years of his amazing career. This scholarship will continue the legacy of a truly great man that taught and touched so many of us throughout the industry and will support future generations of those pursuing an education in training and safety in the Arbor Industry.
