It can be powered by either a 74-horsepower Kohler gas engine or a 120-horsepower Caterpillar diesel engine. The 3100 features a large 31-inch diameter belt-driven cutter wheel with an 80-inch swing arc, allowing it to quickly and efficiently process large-diameter stumps.
