SG-40
The Bandit SG-40 series of stump grinders feature a diverse selection of models suiting the needs for a variety of stump grinding applications. Each model is engineered to be compact, aggressive, and priced at an appealing value. Three models are available including the SG-40W, SG-40, and SG-40H. The SG-40W and SG-40 feature a belt driven cutter wheel system dispensing enhanced torque and power, while the SG-40H is equipped with a hydraulic driven cutter wheel presenting an efficient solution for those preferring less machine maintenance.
2550
The Model 2550 is a mid-sized stump grinder available with 50 horsepower gas or diesel engine options. Available as rubber tire or track, this unit is extremely popular due to its ability to grind a wide variety of stumps while still being easily maneuvered with a weight of around 2,280 pounds. As with all Bandit products, you can choose from an array of options on the 2550 including different control configurations including valves mounted on the side of the machine or an optional radio remote control with tether back-up.
SG-75W
For those preferring a high horsepower rubber tire configuration, the SG-75W is an attractive machine offering unrivaled grinding power with the ability to easily travel over delicate terrain conditions. The SG-75W weighs approximately 4,320 pounds and comes standard with a swing-out operator’s console conveniently folding into the machine for transport. A wireless radio remote is available as an option. When the remote is ordered, the swing out console is still included with the machine. A Kohler 74 horsepower engine dispenses an abundant amount of torque further amplifying the SG-75’s grinding efficiency
SG-75
The SG-75 track known for its unsurpassed chip containment of 54 cubic feet is an appealing solution to tackle more difficult or softer terrain conditions. The SG-75 weighs approximately 4,680 pounds and is engineered to yield minimal ground pressure. The cutter wheel engagement is achieved by a maintenance free electric clutch that in turn activates an upper gear box. All track and grinding functions are controlled by a user-friendly radio remote control. The durable track system retracts to 35” and expands out to 55” for maximum maneuverability and allowing the unit to fit through a backyard gate. Cutterwheel dimensions include the ability to swing 80” and grind to a depth of 23”.
2900
A long-time track favorite for tree service companies, stump grinding professionals and land clearing contractors, the Model 2900 Track delivers big horsepower and grinding power in a package that retains a good deal of manueverability. Controlled by radio remote with tether back-up, the 2900 rides on a turf-friendly rubber track undercarriage that can expand to 54 inches for stability, and retract to 35 inches to clear narrow backyard gates. A 75″ side-to-side cutter swing and a 120 horsepower diesel engine further enhance the 2900’s ability to grind big stumps quickly and efficiently.
3100
The Model 3100 towable is a high-production, cost-effective stump grinder ideally suited for municipalities, fleet use, and for operations grinding large stump in easy-to-reach areas. The 3100 can be equipped with a Kohler 74 hp or Caterpillar 120 hp diesel. A large 31″ diameter belt-driven cutter wheel with a massive 80″ swing arc swiftly powers through large diameter stumps. The tongue telescopes out 60″ reducing re-positioning. A swing out operator’s console or radio remote control can be outfitted to this unit.
