New machines and configurations featured at the show will include:

Additional models on display will include the SG-40W stump grinder and the longtime rental favorite, the Model 65XP chipper.
SG-40H Stump Grinder
The new SG-40H takes the proven SG-40 platform and transforms it into a beltless design, with the cutter wheel driven by a hydraulic motor. This configuration reduces maintenance while improving reliability—ideal for demanding rental applications.
The SG-40H includes multiple user-friendly features such as:
- Three-position operator’s console
- Turf-friendly rubber track undercarriage
- Choice of Greenteeth® or New Revolution cutter wheel
New SG-40 models coming off the production line now feature a Vanguard® 40-horsepower EFI gasoline engine. Compact, highly maneuverable, and weighing just over 1,500 pounds, the SG-40H easily accesses tight or restricted areas and transports with ease—making it an excellent choice for rental fleets.

Model 90XC Disc Chipper
Another new machine on display will be the all-new Model 90XC, which transforms the proven 90XP—trusted for over 30 years—into a more compact, cost-effective configuration.
This 9-inch capacity disc-style chipper, weighing approximately 3,500 pounds, is powered by a Vanguard 40-horsepower EFI gas engine, making it ideal for homeowners and contractors who need a lighter yet productive machine.
Key features include:
- 45-degree disc angle for smooth, efficient cutting with reduced horsepower demand
- 9½” high x 17″ wide throat opening
- 29″ high x 45″ wide infeed opening for easy material handling
- Dual feed wheel system driven by (2) 15.9 CID hydraulic motors producing approximately 3,376 lbs of pulling power
An optional hydraulic lift cylinder is available and recommended to further improve pulling force, material compression, and overall productivity.

Model 12XC with Centrifugal Clutch
In July 2024, Bandit introduced the Model 12XC, a compact 12-inch drum-style chipper available with gas and diesel engine options ranging from 49 to 74 horsepower. Its compact footprint, large throat opening, maneuverability, and reliability have made it a favorite among tree care professionals and rental customers alike.
In November 2025, Bandit further enhanced the 12XC by introducing a centrifugal clutch option for the Mitsubishi 74-horsepower gasoline engine.
A centrifugal clutch automatically engages and disengages the engine from the chipper drum based on engine speed, eliminating manual clutch control. At idle, the drum remains stationary. As engine speed increases, centrifugal force engages the clutch at approximately 1,500 RPM, smoothly transferring power to the drum. When engine speed decreases, the clutch disengages, reducing shock loads and wear on components.
Maintenance requirements are minimal, with only periodic inspection of the clutch weights and springs, providing years of dependable service when properly operated and maintained.
