The Bandit Model 1850 was designed for those tree services and land clearers that specialize in light land clearing. It is compact enough that it can easily be maneuvered from one location to the next. With engine options from 250- to 325-horsepower, this unit will easily chip 18 inch diameter whole trees. Built with a heavy-duty frame and heavy-duty hydraulic components, this unit will take the everyday abuse that comes from chipping large diameter trees.

There are many different ways to equip the Model 1850, depending on the setup of your operation. The 1850 is primarily ordered without a loader or cab and is usually fed with Bobcats and excavators. However, the 1850 can be equipped with a loader for easy self-feeding, or it even can be equipped with a cab and loader providing a comfortable operating area. This unit also can be ordered with a 5 1/2-foot infeed conveyor, which will allow for easy loading of large and limby material.  

The 1850 features a heavy-duty feed system that will easily pull large whole trees into the chipper. The feed wheels are driven by large 63.9 cubic inch displacement hydraulic motors. The 1850 will provide years of dependable service for your operation.
